Great customer service. While other amenities are good and at Marriott quality, the customer service front desk was extremely helpful. I checked in late at about 11.30 pm, they still patiently answered all my questions. Next day they helped me use the conference room for an important client meeting. Overall a very nice place made even better by the front desk.

How do you not have soap? ||I was here on a business trip. The room had toiletries missing and I tried to call the front desk. The phone didn't have any service, so I went down to the desk. They told me they ordered soap, but had none available. The phone in the room never got fixed.

Long day travelling from Ontario to Florida and picked Courtyard Lake Norman, Mooresvilles, NC. We’ve stopped here many times before and enjoyed our stay. This time, it was as if the pandemic was still on. The lobby was dark, single employee watching tv, no coffee area, no pool, nothing. This is a Marriott property???

Bad bad bad. Zero amenities. No pool, no breakfast, awful coffee shop closes early, no bar. Smells bad. Didn’t clean our rooms. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. 0/10

Unsafe and lacking basic hotel amenities. Does not have adequate security cameras. Our truck, as well as several others, had windows smashed and items stolen last night. The officer told us there is only one outside camera and it’s at the front of the building. Apparently local law enforcement has suggested they add cameras several times and the hotel just won’t. We got no support or even contact from management. Besides the crime, the hotel is not good. Mold and peeling on bathroom walls. No microwave in room. Pool was out of service during the hottest time of the year. Fridge in room was on but was so weak that our drinks got warm sitting in there overnight. 3 pillows on the bed that’s for two people (I know that’s not a huge deal, but it’s just stingy). Laundry room is a closet with one washer and one dryer, very hard to do when other guests are doing several loads at once, which is what someone was doing, so we never got to do laundry. For Marriott, which is who my husband exclusively uses for his traveling work, VERY disappointing and not worth the money we paid.
